Please note!
These files were recorded on a High Definition Video Camera, then converted to MPG2, and due to the size of the files the download time varies between 30 seconds and 1 minuite for different casts. The aim is to provide each clip in a format which is crystal clear and dosnt compromise quality in full screen mode, and to hopefully be somewhat helpfull to the viewer.

The files are best viewed by simply Right Clicking each link and then downloading straight to your PC
